He is survived by: his wife Ann E Belknap (Reynolds); his siblings, Brian Belknap (Lori) of Washington, MA, Karen Rogers (Chris) of Windsor, MA and Gary Belknap of Bradenton, FL; his brother-in-law Mike Hoffman (Torey Winn); his uncle Richard Quinn of Pittsfield, MA.; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Gray (George) of Ashaway, RI, George Reynolds (Cheryl) of Otis, MA and Michael Reynolds of Great Barrington, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Arpante and Tullv.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Paul's memory can be made to HospiceCare in the Berkshires, 877 South St., Suite 1W, Pittsfield MA 01201, and Berkshire Family YMCA 292 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.

“I’m so very sorry to hear about Mr. Belknap’s passing. He was my Honors US History teacher at Lee High School. He was the best teacher always had such a welcoming smile! I wrote a paper for him once and he never gave out 100% because he said "You can always make a paper better!” He gave me a 100% then bragged about my paper for weeks, he was that blown away. I still have that graded paper even after 15 years! He will truly be missed. I send my condolences 💐”
