He was predeceased by: his mother Carol M. Viau Tuohy. He is survived by: his father Michael M. Tuohy of Pittsfield; his stepmother Diane C. Tuohy of So; his close friend Lysa L. Ellsworth of Pittsfield; his children, Nathan Tuohy of Pittsfield, Shane Tuohy of Becket, Bailey Morgan of Pittsfield and Brynnley Tuohy of Pittsfield; his stepchildren, Logan and Dameion Williams; his sister Mary Jane Gaylord of Freetown, MA; his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Brooke and Kamryn; his brother Michael Weatherby; his nieces and nephews, Alex, Diana and Kristal; and his grandchildren, Lilly Tuohy of Pittsfield, Noah Tuohy of Pittsfield and Willah Fernandez of Pittsfield.
