It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Walsh of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Smicherko and Anna Nykorchuk Smicherko. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Walsh Alderman of Alexandria, VA, Danielle Walsh Capitanio and Daniel Walsh of St. Augustine, FL.; her sisters, Christine Smicherko Bianco of Florida and Stella Smicherko Bancroft of Florida; and her friend Susan Wicker Guerrero. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
