She was predeceased by: her father William Medler; her brothers, William, David Medler (Phyllis Medler), John L. Phair, W. Kevin Phair and Thomas J. Phair; and her nephew N. Kevin "Chip" Dean.
She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Phair; her children, Maureen P. Conant (Matthew) and Brendan M. Phair (Alison) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, Alexa, Connor, Preston and Gabriel; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Phair Johnson of Palm City, FL and Carole Phair of Pittsfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pat's memory may be made payable to "Jimmy Fund of the Berkshires" or "St. Jude's Hospital for Children" and mailed to the funeral home at 40 Maplewood Ave. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
