Patricia H. Kern Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia H. Kern of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Cheshire, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 28, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Tracy and Mildred Buckbee Tracy; her husband Bernard "Ray" Kern; her siblings, Vivian Kuta, Georgianna Kelson, Dorothy Tracy, Elodie Gaylord, Paul Tracy, Stanley Tracy, Preston Tracy and Stuart Tracy; and her grandson Ian Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Darrilyn Hover of Pittsfield, Arthur Kern (Patricia) of Pittsfield, Eric Kern (Mary-Catherine) of Pittsfield and Tracy Parise (Eric) of Pittsfield. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, as well as many nieces and nephews.
An hour of visitation at the funeral home will be held prior to the service, from 10 a. m. to 11 a. m. To best ensure everybody's health, due to the recent rise in Covid cases, all attending these services will be required to wear a face mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter or Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in care of the Dwyer-Wellington Funeral Home in her memory.
