She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lawrence and Richard Guay. She is survived by: her husband John Wojcik; her daughters, Amy Kingston (Rob) and Melissa Letalien; her grandchildren, Evan (Danielle), Victoria Skubel, Mariah and Owen Letalien; her great grandchildren, Emily and Braden Skubel; and her friend Jane Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Patricia's memory can be made to the Relay for Life of Berkshire County.
