He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Durkee and Marion Sweener Durkee; his wife Barbara Durkee (Furciniti); his son Alan K. Durkee; and his siblings, Janice Twarog, Judith DeCarlo, Laraine Taylor, Lane Durkee, Kenton Durkee and Carolyn Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Ann Durkee and Steven C. Durkee; his granddaughters, Amanda Durkee and Shauna Wilcox (Dorothy Angeli); and his sisters, Lynn Stedman, Ardith Shadic and Karen Anderson.
