She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phelps and Bridget Morrissey Phelps; her husband Jim; and her siblings, George E. Morrissey, Mary McGuire of Pittsfield, Irene Morrissey of Pittsfield, Helen Lester of Pittsfield, Alice Aurswald of Pittsfield and Winifred Kelly of Dalton.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Washburn, Jr. (Christine) of Lexington, SC. and Joanne Washburn Rowett (Peter) of Pittsfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Scott Washburn (Shelby Powell), Todd Washburn of Pittsfield, MA, Tami White, Jason Rowett of Pittsfield, MA, Amanda Washburn Forbus (Geoff) of Mount Pleasant, SC and Brent Washburn (Jenna) of Asheville, NC.; her great grandchildren, Scott Washburn, Zachary Washburn (Maegan), Ryan Washburn, Connor Washburn, Allison Washburn, Sarah White, Kellie Wilson (Kameron), Brooks Forbus, Piper Forbus, Myah Washburn and Jax Washburn; and her great great grandchild Paetyn Washburn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Notice: Due to COVID restrictions, there will be no calling hours for Mrs. Norma Phelps Washburn.
