He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas; and his siblings, Conrad Jr. and Julie. He is survived by: his son Corey Bassett; his granddaughter Mitra; his daughter Michelle Bartels (Alex); his grandchildren, Madelyn and Jackson; his parents, Frances Wojtkowski and Conrad Wojtkowski; his siblings, Lisa (Jeff Brown), Victoria (Chris Johnson) and Erik (Jennifer); and his former wife Debra Podavini-Wojtkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
