It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melissa Ann Chaffee (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on May 10, 2018, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Chaffee and Deborah Fosty Chaffee; her sister Shannon Palestino; her husband Francisco Chaffee of Mars Hill, ME; and also Tammy Chaffee of Mars Hill, ME. She is also survived by her uncle and many aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Dery Funeral Home to help the family defray funeral costs.
