She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Street. She is survived by: her children, Amanda, Brittany (Marc Crowell) and Conner; her grandchildren, Lillian, Ethan, Maribelle, Madison, Charli, Dayton and Wyatt; her father Joseph Street; and her sisters, Mary Beth and Deborah Street.
The family kindly requests that donations be made in her name to the Brien Center; the Elks National Foundation; or any mental health or substance use disorder charity of your choice.
