She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack A. McDermott; her mother Virginia Paterno; her siblings, Frank, Pittsfield, Millie and Helen; her children, Dawn McDermott and Jay McDermott; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Bradley McDermott, Kevin and Victoria Bruce. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
