She was predeceased by: her brothers, James Fraley and Clifford Fraley. She is survived by: her parents, Clifford Fraley and Mary Fraley (Callahan); and her children, Mary Beth Collins (Tim), Elizabeth Engels (Steve), Samuel Jr. (Leslie), Michael and Mark. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
