He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary and Paul Phillips; and his niece Alison Dumont (Stanton). He is survived by: his wife Ann Phillips (O'Brien); his grandchildren, Madeline and Deacon White; his great grandchild Kate White (Michael) of Boxford; his siblings, Anthony (Maureen Smith) of Medford, George, Christopher of Pittsfield and Rosanne Phillips (Michael Rodman) of Wakefield; his mother-in-law Lucille O'Brien of Pittsfield; and also Christopher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Boys & Girls Club of Pittsfield, in care of the funeral home.
