He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Perlmutter and Frieda Perlmutter (Gandler); his wife Shiffra Perlmutter (London); his daughters, Lauren Perlmutter Candib (Adam) of Latham, NY and Sherry Skott (Michael) of South Windsor, CT.; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Candib, Jonathan Candib and Danielle Skott.
