It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie L. Moody of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rufus Lynch and Blanche Robinson Lynch; her husband Charles Moody; her daughter Tonya Renee Smith of Pittsfield; her grandsons, Dominic Smith (Sarah) and Terrance Smith (Arin); her great grandchildren, Ne'Vaeh, Natalia, Javhon, Jalana, Maliyah and Maria; and her siblings, Jimmy Robinson, Leroy Smith, Myra Lynch, Ruthie DeBoise, Betty Black and Maxine Smith. She was also cherished by great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield to help the family defray costs.
