She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Amos and Orean Amos; her children, Curtis, Bobby Hamilton and Julie; her son-in-law Kenneth Davis; her brother James; her sister-in-law Diane Amos; her children, Carlton and Valerie Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Dance Hamilton (Dance Jr.), Christina Lewis, Schuyler and Jhyllian Goines (Jordan).
In lieu of flowers, donations made payable to "Woman of Color Giving Circle" can be sent to Dery Funeral Home to support the Rosemary Durant-Mabel Hamilton Scholarship for youth.
