He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Hammer Rist; his siblings, Judi (Gary Salvadori), Gary Rist of Pittsfield, Bradley Rist of Taylorsville, CA, Blair (Donna Rist), Lorraine (Ed Flynn), Lynn Huckle of Benicia, CA, Brenda (John Rosier), Joan (Keith Lampro) and Betsy Crouse; and his nephew Michael.
