With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Fitzpatrick (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 25, 2018 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his aunt June Mirassou. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Fitzpatrick of Pittsfield; his stepmother Jennifer Bridge of Ocean, NJ; his siblings, Jessica Cassese of Orlando, FL, Erin Fitzpatrick of Reno, NV and Mark Fitzpatrick of Doylestown, PA; his grandparents, Judith Fremer of Smithville, NJ and John Fremer of Smithville, NJ; his uncle John Fremer III of Boston, MA; his nephews, Michael and Titus; and also Liam Fitzpatrick of Ewing, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leo's name to NAMI Berkshire County in care of the funeral home.
