With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo Fiorini (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 6, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Ranauro Fiorini and Historic North End; and his siblings, Theresa Albano Ludwig, Anthony Fiorini, John Fiorini and Rita Tart.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kasson of West Stockbridge, MA.; his son David Michael (Krista Swanson); his granddaughter Anna Louise Fiorini; his son John Anthony (Lynda Disque); his siblings, Rosemarie Evans, Joanne Barker and Michael Fiorini (Leslie); and his sisters-in-law, Doris Clark (Anthony) and Alice Arenburg (John).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in memory of Leo J. Fiorini to the Town Players of Pittsfield, PO Box 765, Pittsfield MA 01202 or the charity of your choice.

“Leo was a mentor to me. He saved me from an uncertain future in 1979 and took me into his home. I was fortunate to visit leo and barbara in later years with my family and share their home, hospitality and friendship. He will always have a place in my heart as a thoroughly decent compassionate man who took the time to mentor young foreigners like myself.
