It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Ann Mele (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas J. Mele and Joan Dempsey Mele. She is survived by: her close friend Gloria Gero; her husband John D. Coffey; her brother Bill Mele; her sister-in-law Susie of Mashpee, MA; her sister Mary Shook (Peter); her nieces, Kanga Collard (Sara) of San Diego and Kaitlyn Shook of West Stockbridge; her nephew Kevin Shook of Pittsfield; and her pets, Stella and Dempsey.
