He is survived by: his parents, Charles W. Lowery, Jr. and Constance G. Lowery (Dean); his siblings, Charles W. Lowery, III of Chicago, IL and Nicole Lowery of Pittsfield; his sons, Benjamin and Justin; his grandchildren, Paige Nelson, Angelina and John Garcia of Ballston Spa, NY; his nephew Jayden Lewis; his aunts and uncles, Joanne Fischer, Peggy Walters, Joyce Thompson, Gloria Lowery, Wayne, Tony Lowery and Ronald Dean; his cousin Bryan Isaac; and his friend Jimmy Larimore of Compton. He is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
