He was predeceased by: his father Gerald V. Gaetani. He is survived by: his grandparents, Charles and Helen M. Cebula Gaetani; his aunt Gail; his uncles, Craig, David Gaetani and Lee E. Lester; and also Jerry Mykysey. He is also survived by relatives and many close friends.
