She is survived by: her parents, Donald Wells of Pittsfield, MA and Patricia Simmons of Rhinebeck, NY.; her husband Jerry Underhill of Pittsfield; her children, Kristi-Lee Lannan of Pittsfield, Alishia Fischenich (Corey) of Murrieta, CA, Samantha Fanion (James) of Pittsfield and Kieth Lannan, Jr. of Pittsfield; and her siblings, Heather Cashdollar, Jason Wells, Donald Wells, Kevin Wells, Matthew Wells and Lance Rowe. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Women's Imaging Center care of the funeral home.
