He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Barrett and Rose Pender Hollister; and his sister Jo-Ann Hollister Emerson. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Hollister, Elizabeth Hollister O'Donnell, C. Colin Hollister, Kathryn Hollister and Susan Snook; his siblings, P. Keyburn Hollister and James Hollister; and his grandson James Barrett O'Donnell. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
