He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Brown and Virginia Brown (Gai); his brothers, Louis, David and Raymond Jr.; and his brother-in-law Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Kellie (Greenleaf); his son Joshua (Laura); his siblings, Arleta Fredrickson (Gerald), Wendy Hoosick, Valerie Mongue (Leon), Allan (Nancy), Paul (Maria) and Mark; his siblings-in-law, Alan and Pam; and his grandchildren, Maleah, Larkin and Laycee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to may make a donation in Joe's memory to the Berkshire Humane Society or the American Heart Association.
