He was predeceased by: his father Terrence Tart; and his grandparents, Mary Foster, John Foster, Shirley Tart and Raymond Tart.
He is survived by: his former wife Melissa Peck; his children, Alexys Tart, Amber Tart, Abbey Tart and Izabela Miller; his mother Mary Tart; his siblings, Jesse Tart, Nicholas Tart and Katherine Tart; his grandchildren, Emma Walton (Jaydey Lady), Ava Walton (Oogie) and Jaxsyn Todd; and his significant other Skamp (Roo). He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
