He is survived by: his wife Nicoletta Kalamaras; his children, Marie Simmons (Kelly Simmons) and John Duvall, Jr. (Joe Santelli); his grandchildren, William, Jennifer Simmons, Jonathan and Alixzavior Santelli; and his great grandchildren, Kayla, Mason, Miles, Tiffany, Matthew and Connor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
