He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Kevin Bolshaw (Trish) of Pennsylvania, Yvette Bolshaw of Massachusetts, Jody Cilli (Dan Kolis) of Massachusetts, Kim Bolshaw (Chris Noetzel) of Maine and Jennifer Bolshaw of Maine; his grandchildren, James D. Witto, Natiya Cilli, Ellis Bolshaw-Noetzel and Merrill Bolshaw-Noetzel; and his sister Carol Zuccalo (Don) of Vermont.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Hancock Emergency Medical Services.
