With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey Blake (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), born in Petersburg, Virginia, who passed away on September 26, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Blake and Anne Lavelle Blake; and his brother William Blake. He is also survived by nephew, nieces, and many cousins.
