He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Helen Trela Duquette; and his grandparents, Helen Haroszy Trela, Casimer Trela, Marguerite Henneberry Duquette and Donald C. Duquette.

He is survived by: his father Donald Duquette (Carol Duquette); his wife Lisa Massery; his stepdaughter Sonya; his brother Peter Duquette (Jennifer); his stepsisters, Michele Basiliere, Jennifer Markham and Kara Rogers; his uncle Nicholas Trela; and his nieces and nephews, Tori Jackson, Tyler Duquette and Paytn Duquette.

To best ensure everyone's health, due to the recent rise in Covid cases, all who attend these services will be required to wear face masks.
