We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jason Berthiaume of Pittsfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Berthiaume. He is survived by: his mother Ginger Phelps; his stepfather Paul Phelps of Pittsfield; his siblings, Nancy Isenhart of Holden, MA and Michael Isenhart of Pittsfield; his stepsiblings, Becca Phelps Smith (Andy Smith) of Pittsfield, Paul Phelps of Pittsfield and John Phelps (Haley Phelps) of Attleboro; his nieces and nephews, Adriana, Mia Tartaglino and Jeremy Haven (Hannah); his great-nephew Hunter; and his nieces and nephews, Alexis Phelps, Emma Smith, Harper and Finley Phelps. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members and friends.
We gently remind those attending that masks are required and to please practice social distancing.
