We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2024, James E. Holland Jr. (Pittsfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carole; and his mother Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Holland of Hinsdale and Nicole; his son-in-law Scott Cowlin of Pittsfield; his granddaughters, Haley (David), Lauren (John) and Brooke (Danny); and his best furry pal Duke.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department and mailed to Dery-Foley Funeral Home, 890 E. Main St, Dalton, MA 01226.
