He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clukey and Irene Clukey (Bois); and his brothers, Rick and Brian. He is survived by: his wife Linda Clukey (Albert); his sons, James Clukey of Pittsfield and Justin Clukey of Great Barrington; and his siblings, Gerri Godino, Janet Rufo, Stephen Clukey and Daniel Clukey.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to benefit a trust for his son Justin.
