She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Flynn and Agnes Crotty Flynn; her husband John W. Provencher Sr.; her daughters, Cheryl and Diana; her daughter-in-law Sally; her grandsons, Brandon and Caleb; and her siblings, Florence Hopper, Henry Flynn, Thomas Flynn, Martin Flynn, Helen Kent, Agnes Street, Cornelius Flynn and Ann Hartford.
She is survived by: her sons, John Provencher, Jr. of Pittsfield, Thomas J. Provencher (Annemarie) of Dalton, Mark Provencher (Carly) of Longmeadow and David Provencher of Fort Lauderdale, FL; her sister Mary Mazzeo (Ronnie) of Pittsfield; her nephew Joseph; and her niece Agnes M. Mack. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
