It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris Cohen (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Iris Cohen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Sidman and Rose Forer Sidman; and her husband Robert Cohen. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Cohen (Jackie Gaffney) of Slingerlands, NY, Andrew Cohen (Laurie) of San Francisco, CA and Ruth Cohen (Bob Thistle) of Lee, MA.; her grandchildren, Hannah, Sarah Cohen, Devan (Ashleigh), Quinn, Carolyn Cohen, John and Patricia Thistle; her brother Alan Sidman (Sharman) of Brooklyn, NY; her siblings-in-law, Janet, Dusan Lysy of Fairport, NY and Stephen Cohen of Fairport, NY; and her cousin Elaine Epstein.
Needless to say, that sign off did change after the start of the pandemic.
