Fitzpatrick of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Pittsfield, Vermont, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Hoisington and Julia Playful Hoisington; her husband John William Fitzpatrick, III (Jack); and her close friend Roger Pedercini. She is survived by: her children, Laurie A. Fitzpatrick, Lisa J. Butterworth, Sharon L. Santonastasi and John W. Fitzpatrick (Jean); and her grandchildren, Amanda Bates, Andrew Bates, Nathaniel Bates, Heather Butterworth, Ronald Santonastasi (RJ), Victoria Young (Tori), Christopher Santonastasi and Melissa Kim. She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
