She was predeceased by: her parents, Aleck Orzolek and Katherin Orzolek. She is survived by: her husband Raymond W. Milukas, Sr. of Pittsfield; her children, Katherine Milukas Gillman of Pittsfield and Raymond W. Milukas, Jr. (Dawn Bryant Hinkell) of Adams; her grandchildren, Adam Gillman (Lara), Vanessa Gillman and Alexis Hinkell; and her great grandchildren, West and Lev Gillman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Elder Services of Berkshire County in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
