He was predeceased by: his siblings, Raymond, Richard, Ernest Scutt and Helen Scutt; and his grandson Elmer Huntoon.
He is survived by: his children, Julia Cantarella of Dalton, Elizabeth Sherman (Todd) of Pittsfield, Alice Lessman of Pittsfield, Jennie Nutbrown (Ronald Bloodworth) of Hinsdale, Harold W. Scott (Kathleen) of Pittsfield and Pamela Huntoon of North Adams; and his former wife Marjorie Litchfield of Dalton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
