She is survived by: her husband Peter Thomas Niarchos; her son Peter; her daughter-in-law Pam Niarchos of Williston, VT; and her grandchildren, Paige Niarchos and Mitchell Niarchos. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
