He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Beverly) of Lancaster, PA, Stephen (Susan) of Layton, UT, Jeffrey (Laura) of Richmond and Thomas of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Amanda Howes (Jason Spirk), Lt. Lauren Howes, Megan Mitchell and Jeffrey Howes Jr.; his children, Peyton, Riley, Conner and Wyatt; and his grandson Jonathan Howes.
