George T. Bushika Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George T. Bushika (Pittsfield, Massachusetts), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bushika and Grace Bushika; his son Dean Patrick; his brother Barry; and his brother-in-law Werner Wohrle.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Bushika (Maynard); his sons, Mark Bushika of Adams and Eric Bushika of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Cash and Ava; his sisters, Claire Wohrle of Adams and Mary Woolley of Cheshire; and his aunt Joan Cellana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in his name to Cheshire Fire Department in care of Dery-Cheshire Funeral Home, P.O. Box 446, Cheshire, MA 01225.
