Frederick F. Seymour Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick F. Seymour Jr. of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frederick F. Seymour, Sr.; his former wife Donna Gallego Seymour; and his brother Edward Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Mermet Seymour; his daughter Paula Farr (Tim) of Matteson; his grandson Timothy; his daughter Lisa Astle (Richard); his grandsons, Thomas and Richard of Pittsfield; his cousin Barbara Marvel; and his sister-in-law Susan Mermet. He is also survived by three nephews.
He was also an RSVP volunteer for the Blind and Dyslexic and the Pittsfield Visitors Center, and a member of the American Legion.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
