He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Costello. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cynthia "Cindy" Nylic; his grandson Kole Nylic; his sister Linda Andrews (Thomas); his niece Cynthia Tristany; and his nephews, Kevin Andrews and Brian Andrews. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
