He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alfonso and Grace Burton Alfonso; his son Adam "AJ" Alfonso; and his brothers, Joseph "Joey" and Michael "Micky" Alfonso.
He is survived by: his son Frank Alfonso, Jr. (Sarah); his grandchildren, Owen, Evan, Mason and Mia; his siblings, Alan, Mark, Carl Alfonso and Diana Laframboise; and his close friend Sue Stephenson.
