Neff; her grandchildren, Asena "Gigi" Hamureu, Ramon Silverio and Deahawn Jordan Neff; her siblings, Beverly Provost and Sandy; her daughter Norma; and her stepchildren, Christine and Chuck Fuller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
