She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Baumann and Charles Baumann; her husband Robert J. Marshall Jr.; and her siblings, Daniel, Karl Baumann and Katy Baumann.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Prentice (Remy) of Knoxville, TN, Matthew Prentice of Knoxville, TN and Charles Prentice (Jennifer Wood) of Pittsfield, MA; and her grandchildren, Cole and Brandyn Prentice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
