He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Morgan and Maggie Webb Morgan; and his wife Betty Livsey Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Robert P. Morgan (Maureen) of Plymouth, MA, James J. Morgan of New Lebanon, NY., Lisa I. Boatman (Darrell) of Pittsfield and Jennifer A. Morgan of Pittsfield; his close friend Adelaide R. Gross of Pittsfield; his sisters, Millie Poccoroba (Sam) of Pittsfield and Sara Patella of Pittsfield; his grandchildren, Ivy Rogers, Christina Rogers, Shaun Rogers and Connor Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Isabelle Davis, Ethan Morressette and Elizabeth Henry.
Memorial donations in memory of Elbert may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
