She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Jones and Ella Mae Ellery Jones; her husband Charles H. Abriel, Sr.; her brothers, George, William, Robert, Richard Jones and Anthony Ellery; and her brother-in-law John S. Abriel.
She is survived by: her children, Laurene D. Kruger (Michael Truden) of Lanesborough, MA, Tina M. DeFreest of Pittsfield and Charles H. Abriel, Jr. (Nancy) of Pittsfield; and her sister-in-law Joanne Jones of Pittsfield. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter or to Hospice of Western and Central MA, in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
