She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Cook and Margaret Cook (Hooker); and her siblings, Raymond, Leo, John Cook, Theresa Olszewski and Margaret "Honey" Gaudette.
She is survived by: her husband John F. "Jack" Boldyga; her daughters, Missy Whitman (John) of Dalton and Sue Lampron (Ernie) of Pittsfield; her grandchildren, AJ Moore of Ernie Lampron, IV and Devin Lampron; and her siblings, Edward J. Cook of Dalton, Michael F. Cook of Pittsfield, Mary E. Grady of Pittsfield and Carol A. Potter of Pownal, VT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the "The Kid's Place" in care of the Funeral Home.
